Mark your calendars: PROCESS EXPO is once again coming to McCormick Place in Chicago! And ProFood Tech is a new show on the schedule. These two trade shows offer professionals in the food industry opportunities to discover new innovations and participate in educational programs to keep their knowledge and skills sharp.

When they are

  • ProFood Tech: April 4-6, 2017. This show is put on by PACK EXPO, AnugaTec, and the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA).
  • PROCESS EXPO: September 19-22, 2017. This show is organized by the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA).
