Fresh produce processor is planning to invest $26 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in COLUMBIA, SC. They have recently received approval for the project.

TENNESSEE:

Food products mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 300,000 sf processing and warehouse facility at 8051 Eastgate Blvd. in LEBANON, TN. Completion is slated for Summer 2024.

WASHINGTON:

Apple processing company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 276,000 sf warehouse and processing facility in SUNNYSIDE, WA. They have recently received approval for the project. They will relocate their operations upon completion in 2025.
