DESCRIPTION:Governments across the UK have introduced new legislation referred to as ‘Natasha’s Law’. From 1 October 2021 any food business selling pre-packed for direct sale (PPDS) food will have to include a full ingredients list on product labels with allergenic ingredients emphasised. \nThis webinar intends to provide businesses with a better understanding of the new allergen labelling changes that will help protect food hypersensitive consumers through the requirement for potentially life-saving allergen information.
