SUMMARY:Avoiding Downtime Before It Costs You: How Frontline Teams Are Using Predictive AI to Protect Production
DESCRIPTION:Register Now \nUnplanned downtime costs manufacturers more than lost production time; it costs momentum\, trust\, and margin. In this webinar\, we’re pulling back the curtain on ChampionAI\, Redzone’s predictive intelligence engine\, and showing exactly how it’s helping frontline teams catch issues before they become costly shutdowns. \nYou’ll hear directly from a Redzone customer about how they’re using ChampionAI on their plant floor to spot early warning signs\, act faster\, and avoid significant downtime that would have otherwise disrupted operations. We’ll walk through real examples of ChampionAI in action\, from issue prediction to time savings on the floor\, and what that means for teams chasing OEE gains. \nWe’ll also share what’s next for Redzone\, including a first look at what to expect from us at Pack Expo and some exciting product updates on the horizon. \nWhat You’ll Learn: \n\nSee ChampionAI in action: how its predictive capabilities flag potential issues before they escalate into unplanned downtime.\nLearn from a customer’s firsthand experience using ChampionAI to identify problems early and keep production running.\nUnderstand the time-savings impact: how earlier issue detection translates into hours (and dollars) saved on the floor.\nGet a preview of Redzone at Pack Expo and what to expect from the team there.\nHear what’s next for Redzone: upcoming product updates and features on the roadmap.

SUMMARY:Frontline Preparedness for SQF Edition 10
DESCRIPTION:Register here \nSQF Edition 10 introduces several important changes that require sites to move beyond updating procedures and consider how new expectations will be implemented\, demonstrated\, and sustained in day-to-day operations. Preparing effectively requires understanding not only what has changed from Edition 9\, but also what those changes mean in practice. \nThis FSMA Friday session will focus on selected SQF Edition 10 requirements that may require additional preparation\, including Food Safety Culture\, Change Management\, Management Review\, Environmental Monitoring\, CAPA – Corrective & Preventative action and Audit readiness. Using practical examples\, the presentation will explore how sites can translate these requirements into workable programs and objective evidence. \nExamples will include developing a measurable Food Safety Culture Plan\, establishing a structured Change Management process\, strengthening corrective & preventative action with effectiveness verification\, and using risk assessment to ensure an Environmental Monitoring Program is scientifically justified and appropriate for the facility and its hazards. \nThe session is intended to help food manufacturers identify where their existing SQF systems may already meet the intent of Edition 10\, where additional work may be needed\, and how to prioritize readiness activities ahead of their next SQF audit.

SUMMARY:HACCP Certified Food Safety
DESCRIPTION:Register here \nHACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological\, chemical\, and physical hazards from raw material production\, procurement and handling\, to manufacturing\, distribution and consumption of the finished product. \nHACCP is designed for use in all segments of the food industry from growing\, harvesting\, processing\, manufacturing\, distributing\, and merchandising to preparing food for consumption. Prerequisite programs such as current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) are an essential foundation for the development and implementation of successful HACCP plans. \nFood safety systems based on the HACCP principles have been successfully applied in food processing plants\, retail food stores\, and food service operations. The seven principles of HACCP have been universally accepted by government agencies\, trade associations and the food industry around the world. \nParticipants will learn how to identify food safety hazards\, establish control measures\, limits and monitoring procedures\, write and update a HACCP plan\, document and verify results and to prepare for audits. This training can be customized to fit the needs and current systems of your organization. We can deliver this training at your location or in our facilities. \nThis class is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance. \nTopics Covered:\n\nIntroduction to HACCP\nPre-Requisite Programs\nHazard Identification\nPreliminary Steps\nHazard Analysis\nCritical Control Points\nCritical Limits\nMonitoring\nCorrective Action\nVerification ad Validation\nRecordkeeping\n\nWhat trainees are saying about this class:\n“Great boots on the ground examples. Kept class interesting – lots of knowledge & real world experience” \n“Very informative class. The instructor was awesome!” \n“The trainer has by far been the best HACCP trainer I’ve had & never a boring moment for me” \nPlease click the following for a downloadable flyer of the Food Safety class schedule: Food Safety Summer/Fall 2026
