Tobacco company is planning to invest $70 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in GREENSBORO, NC. They will relocate operations from their manufacturing facility located in REIDSVILLE, NC upon completion in late Spring 2021.

NEW JERSEY:
Specialty meat products mfr. is planning for the construction of a 64,000 sf warehouse and processing facility in VINELAND, NJ. They have recently received approval for the project. The location allows for a future 500,000 sf expansion.

CALIFORNIA:
Specialty seafood processor is planning for the construction of a 500,000 sf aquaculture growing and processing facility in BODEGA BAY, CA. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2020, with completion slated for late 2020.

OHIO:
Food processing company is planning to invest $36 million for a 15,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades of their office and processing facility in WEST CHESTER, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

TEXAS:
Food processing company is planning to invest $42 million for the construction of a 75,000 sf processing facility in AMARILLO, TX. They have recently received approval for the project.

INDIANA:
