Largest Planned Project

The largest project is owned by Atlantic Sapphire, who is investing $340 million and has recently started the expansion of their processing facility in MIAMI, FL by 1 million sf. Construction will occur in phases, with completion of the first phase slated for Fall 2020.

INDIANA:
Beverage company is planning to invest $37 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility on Logistics Ave. in JEFFERSONVILLE, IN. They have recently received approval for the project.

KENTUCKY:
Distillery is planning to invest $30 million for the construction of five warehouses in LEBANON, KY. They have recently received approval for the project.

MISSOURI:
Packaged meat products mfr. is planning to invest $68 million for the construction of a processing facility in MOBERLY, MO.

NORTH CAROLINA:
Beverage distributor is planning for the construction of a 228,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility at 4435 Beam Rd. in CHARLOTTE, NC. They have recently received approval for the project. They will relocate operations upon completion in early 2021.

NEW YORK:
Dairy products mfr. is planning to invest $26 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades of their 33,000 sf processing facility in ELMA, NY. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Renovations are expected to start in Summer 2020, with completion slated for Dec. 2021.

 OKLAHOMA:
Meat processing company is planning to invest $100 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility in GUYMON, OK. They have recently received approval for the project.

SOUTH CAROLINA:
Beverage company is investing $70 million for the construction of a 502,000 sf processing facility in FLORENCE, SC. Completion is slated for early 2021.
