Seaboard Triumph Foods Hires James Profera as New Director of FSQA

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) is pleased to announce the hire of James Profera as Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA).

James joins STF with over 15 years of experience in FSQA from Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. and is a Siouxland local from South Sioux City, Nebraska.

“I am excited to join STF because of the company-wide culture of innovation. With so much automation and technology intertwined with the processes, the ability to pivot and try new things is endless,” said James.

Located in the Bridgeport Industrial Park in Sioux City, Iowa, and established on September 5, 2017, Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) is a joint venture between Seaboard Foods, of the Kansas City Metro area and Triumph Foods, of St. Joseph, Missouri.
