Greenhouse cultivation company is planning for the construction of a 5 million sf cannabis warehouse, growing, and processing complex at the Fort Custer Industrial Park in BATTLE CREEK, MI. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2020.

OHIO:

Diversified food products mfr. is planning to invest $40 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility in ARCHBOLD, OH. Completion is slated for Summer 2021.

ONTARIO:

Pet food mfr. is planning for a 2 million sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their processing facility at 2500 Royal Windsor Dr. in MISSISSAUGA, ON. They have recently received approval for the project.

IDAHO:

Beverage company is planning for a 108,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrade project at their processing facility in FRUITLAND, ID. They have recently received approval for the project.

ILLINOIS:

Snack products mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 175,000 sf processing facility in EFFINGHAM, IL. They expect to be operational in Fall 2021.

TENNESSEE:

Cooperative food wholesaler is planning to invest $5 million for the expansion of their warehouse at 500 S. Cartwright St. in GOODLETTSVILLE, TN by 40,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

TEXAS:

Specialty food products mfr. Is planning for the expansion of their processing facility in DENISON, TX by 65,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project. 

OHIO:

Snack food mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on 81,000 sf of warehouse and distribution space at 10451 Dog Leg Road in DAYTON, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

CALIFORNIA:

Fresh produce supplier is planning for the expansion of their refrigeration warehouse at 1501 N. L St. in LOMPOC, CA by 36,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
