With over twenty-seven years of success in the Canadian market, the company expanded into the United States just five short years ago. With the addition of two new U.S. executives, Epicure is positioning itself for further expansion in the U.S. market and a continuation of its legacy business in Canada.
-Natalie Lloyd joins the team as Senior Vice President of Growth. Lloyd brings over fifteen years of CPG and social selling experience having worked with Stella & Dot and Rodan + Fields. Most recently, Natalie held senior roles at Rodan + Fields, where she focused on global marketing, digital transformation and sales strategy modernization efforts for the company. During her decade plus tenure there Natalie was instrumental in establishing the company’s global e-commerce footprint while leading the company’s strategic expansion into global markets, including the establishment of Rodan + Fields Canada and Rodan + Fields Australia. During her tenure, the company hit a number of monumental company milestones; its revenue grew from 330M to exceed $1.5 billion dollars annually. Rodan + Fields was named by Euromonitor International Ltd. the number one Premium Skincare Regimen Brand in North America for six consecutive years, 2018-2023. Lloyd will lead Epicure’s strategic business transformation and commercial plans as well as development of the next wave of U.S. expansion initiatives, managing the Sales and Marketing divisions of the company.
-Samantha Toomey Ballard joins as Vice President of Field Development. Ballard has over a decade of direct sales experience with Stella & Dot and was top in global recruitment four years in a row; her personal lifetime sales exceed half a million dollars. She has worked with several other growing food and beverage direct sales brands, including ONEHOPE Wine and oHHo Botanicals, where she grew sales by 300% in her first month and in six months increased its field sales business by 10x. Ballard has a background in sales, management, business development and strategic field training. A social media expert, she’ll lead the company’s social strategy, which has a combined following of nearly half a million followers across various social platforms as well as directly manage the sales and field development efforts of the business.
