Features on-trend ingredient solutions for food and beverages from plant-based to probiotics 

NEW CENTURY, Kan., Sept. 25, 2019 – Over the next two days, DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences will share its knowledge and expertise with attendees at the FoodTech Summit & Expo, the premier food and beverage event for Mexico and Latin America. Knowledge exchange

Today, at noon in the FOOD TECH TALKS 2 auditorium, Mark Cope, Ph.D., Applied Nutrition Manager, DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences, will present, “Ingredients of the future: the interaction between microbiota and food.” The session covers an overview of the microbiota, as well as some of the science-backed nutrients that offer opportunities to be integrated into food and beverages. Attendees can expect to build a more strategic vision on the issue of the microbiota and its impact on integral health; gain greater knowledge of ingredients that offer functional opportunities and that have scientific support; and identify opportunities for food and beverage development within this context.
