Methodology: The FIE-ICI is an average of three normalized component scores (100 = baseline neutral):
1) Commodity Basket: average of corn ($5.10/bu), wheat ($6.50/bu), soy ($12.00/bu), boxed beef ($310/cwt), and Class III milk ($18.50/cwt) vs. 2021–2025 baselines.
2) Input Inflation: ISM Prices Paid ÷ 50 × 100.
3) Freight: min(FBX Global ÷ $2,000 × 100, 200) — capped at 200.
