Asenzya® is a premier custom seasoning company based in Oak Creek, WI, USA. Since 1953,  Asenzya®’s focus on innovation and culinary development has enabled the company to  approach custom seasoning blends and solutions and beginning-to-end production, with an  immense dedication to the highest quality standards. This acquisition allows Asenzya to provide  multiple plant location options to our customers and widely expands our capability offerings.  

Mark A. Duffy has been named the new President of Asenzya®. Mark has extensive experience  in key leadership roles within the Food Industry.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.
