CRANBURY, NJ – March 9, 2023 – Innophos, a global leader of specialty ingredient solutions that deliver far-reaching, versatile benefits for the food, health, nutrition, and industrial markets, announced an addition to their baking technology team. Tyler Lee has recently been named Senior Scientist – Bakery Innovation.
“I’m excited for Tyler to join the Innophos team,” said Karen Winkowski, Vice President, Innovation. “His experience in technical product development, coupled with his background in food science and marketing will help make him a tremendous addition to our team, as we continue building out our LEVAIR portfolio of baking products.”
Mr. Lee joins Innophos from 7-Eleven, where he served as a Product Development Manager leading development for all cold case food items including sandwiches, salads, and entrees. He previously held roles in category management at Vintners Distributors as well as food science at both Eurofins Food Solutions and Mary Ann’s Baking.
Tyler Lee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science from the University of California-Davis and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Social Media Marketing and Consumer Behavior from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
