Whipnotic: Flavor-Swirled Whipped Cream
Whipnotic is putting a new twist on whipped cream, using its patented technology to dispense the creamy topping with fruit-infused swirls and all-natural colors.
The new whipped cream will come in two varieties — Strawberry Swirl and Vanilla Salted Caramel. Both are made with real cream and are keto-friendly and gluten-free.
Available in 7-oz cans, Whipnotic will begin popping up in retail stores on the east coast this summer.
Whisps: Cheese & Pretzels Bites
On National Pretzel Day, Whisps announced its latest product — Cheese & Pretzels Bites in Cheddar, Honey Mustard, and Everything varieties.
The new snack is made with 100% real, aged Parmesan and cheddar cheeses and clean label pretzels. All varieties contain 7 grams of protein and zero grams of sugar per serving and are an excellent source of calcium.
Cheddar and Honey Mustard flavors are currently available for $4.49 per 2.5 oz pouch at Kroger and on Amazon, and the Everything flavor will be available in the coming weeks.
Artisanal, small-batch sotol brand Cardenxe is bringing back the ancient Mexican spirit this spring with two terroir-inspired hero varietals — Sotol De La Sierra and Sotol De Desierto.
Distilled from Dasylirion, a plant native to Mexico in the Asparagaceae family, the two drinks have their own distinct flavor profiles. The Sotol De Desierto features “fragrant mineral, earthy sweet cocoa notes and a lingering vegetal aftertaste,” while the Sotol De La Sierra contains “subtle notes of eucalyptus, moss, and nuts.”
Cardenxe will be available online and through select stores in New York City. Sotol De La Sierra (Mexico 40% Alc/Vol) carries a suggested price of $90, while Sotol De Desierto (Mexico 45% Alc/Vol) has a suggested price of $60.
