A fruit-forward snack collaboration, gluten-free cooking soups, and more are in this week’s roundup of new food and beverage products.
Sweet Nothings / RIND Snacks: Limited Nut Butter Bites Flavor
The limited edition, fruit-forward flavor resembles that taste of peanut butter and jelly and is made with seven clean, plant-based ingredients — organic dates, organic peanut butter (peanuts), organic oats, strawberries, pears, organic flax, and sea salt. There are only 145 calories per pack and no added sugar.
The new flavor is available for purchase through Sweet Nothings’ website and on Thrive Market. It will also be available on Hungryroot soon.
Campbell Soup Company: Gluten-Free Cooking Soups
Campbell’s announced two gluten-free versions of condensed cooking soups — Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken.
Gluten Free Cream of Chicken features antibiotic-free chicken and farm fresh cream, and Cream of Mushroom contains mushrooms, garlic, farm fresh cream, and no preservatives.
The new condensed soups are arriving on store shelves this summer for the suggested price of $1.99 per can.
Simple Mills: Cheddar Pop Mmms
Simple Mills introduced its new Cheddar Pop Mmms, a line of snack crackers made with vegetable flour, organic butternut squash, and organic red bean. The new snack has just 120 calories per 50 crackers.
Pop Mmms are available for the suggested price of $5.39 at Whole Foods Market and Amazon.com, with national rollout to Sprouts Farmers Market, Kroger, and Thrive Market planned for this summer.
Hill’s Pet Nutrition: New Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin Formulas
