This week, Torani announced its 2024 Flavor of the Year — Puremade Galaxy Syrup.

Torani’s team of flavor scientists crafted the futuristic, space-inspired flavor based on extensive research and a consumer demand for escapism. The taste is described as “the essence of space in a bottle, with notes of raspberry, dark rum, and subtle minerality,” making it great for cold beverages like energy drinks, sparkling water, and more. And, like the brand’s other Puremade products, it’s made with pure cane sugar, all natural flavors, color from natural sources, no preservatives, and no GMOs.

Torani Puremade Galaxy Syrup is available for purchase through Torani’s website and World Market for $11.99.

Better-for-you pasta brand ZENB is introducing two new yellow-pea pasta shapes — Lasagna and Cavatappi.

Compared to their wheat pasta counterparts, these first-of-their-kind pastas offer the same experience, but with more protein (17 grams per serving), more fiber (11 grams per serving), and no artificial flavors or preservatives. The new pastas are made with just one ingredient — whole yellow peas — and are gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan like ZENB’s other pasta products.

ZENB Lasagna and Cavatappi will be available first on Amazon and the brand’s website.
