ClimateAi appoints Will Kletter as Chief Operating Officer

San Francisco, US – 10 February – ClimateAi, the world’s leading AI-drive climate resilience platform, is pleased to announce the promotion of Will Kletter to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Will will lead the company’s global operations, customer teams and strategy, ensuring ClimateAi continues to equip businesses across a wide range of sectors with the tools needed to anticipate and mitigate climate risks in their supply chains.

Will’s appointment comes at a critical time as businesses across industries face mounting challenges from climate-driven disruptions, evolving trade policies and geopolitical uncertainty. Global supply chains, particularly in food, agriculture and manufacturing are becoming more vulnerable to extreme weather events, coupled with resource shortages or shifts in policy. ClimateAi works with its customers to proactively map risk, providing climate adaptation playbooks to ensure resilience and operational continuity.

With more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology, policy, and investment, Will has been instrumental in integrating AI-driven insights with practical business solutions. Since joining ClimateAi in 2020, he has helped over 50 businesses – including procurement professionals, sustainability leaders, and supply chain managers – enhance their resilience against climate volatility. Will’s leadership will be instrumental as ClimateAi expands its work with global enterprises seeking to future-proof their supply chains.

Before ClimateAi, Will was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised companies across Food & Agriculture, Chemicals, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing on strategic transformations and go-to-market strategies. His background also includes experience in water policy research in India and impact investing across public and private markets, equipping him with a comprehensive perspective on the challenges businesses face when it comes to adaptation.

Himanshu Gupta, CEO and co-founder of ClimateAi commented: “We continue to make rapid strides in our mission for climate-proofing supply chains while improving lives and livelihoods. Will has been instrumental in helping me drive that mission both internally and externally.”

Will Kletter commented: “Extreme weather resilience is more important than ever to leading companies and governments. I’m proud to continue to help carry our mission forward and ensure more organizations see the same results as our current customers.”
