We asked representatives across the food industry about their companies’ attitudes toward digital technologies, the most valuable software solutions, and the biggest industry challenges.
Here are a few of the highlights:
- More than four in 10 (43%) processors and manufacturers said software has transformed how they operate, and 40% said it gives their business a competitive advantage.
- The top three most valuable software solutions are traceability, inventory management, and production tracking software.
- Workforce and supply chain were the two most commonly cited challenges.
