(Grimes, IA) – Mueller Yurgae Associates (MYA), a leading food broker in the Midwest, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Alliance Foods Inc., a regional broker headquartered in the St. Louis area. The transition will be effective December 1, 2025.
Founded in 1925, Alliance Foods has built a century-long legacy of helping consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturers grow their businesses. As a 100% employee-owned company, Alliance has been defined by a client-first approach, consistently exceeding expectations and building long term partnerships with retailers and manufacturers.
As part of the integration, Alliance employees will join MYA, supporting clients and retailers across the broader Great Lakes and Midwest regions. Alliance’s St. Louis office will remain open as an MYA regional office.
