By now, the benefits of having a diverse workforce are well known — a 19 percentage point higher average innovation revenue being just one of them.
To assess how companies are doing with their diversity efforts, Forbes once again partnered with Statista to survey their employees. The 2021 survey involved 50,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. The final America’s Top Employers for Diversity list identifies the top 500, taking into account employee ratings as well as factors including the diversity of the leadership team and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
