MISSOURI:
Dairy products mfr. is expanding and planning for the construction of a 420,000 sf distribution facility in CARTHAGE, MO. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
NORTH CAROLINA:
Produce company is planning to invest $86 million for the construction of a growing and processing complex in BURNSVILLE, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.
CALIFORNIA:
Dry fruit processing company has recently started the construction of a 300,000 sf processing facility in FRESNO, CA
PENNSYLVANIA:
Beer distributor is planning for the construction of two warehouse and distribution facilities totaling 300,000 sf at 2801 E. Township Line Rd. in HATFIELD, PA. They have recently received approval for the project.
VIRGINIA:
Indoor vertical farming company is planning to invest $42 million for the construction of a 150,000 sf growing and processing facility in DANVILLE, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.
