HARTLAND, Wis. (April 26, 2021)—C.O.nxt is delighted to announce the addition of three new employee-owners to the team. Cassie Yontz returns to the agency as account supervisor.
During her short time away from C.O.nxt, Yontz served as marketing campaign manager with COUNTRY Financial in Bloomington, Ill. She first joined C.O.nxt in December 2016 as senior account executive and was later promoted to account supervisor. In 2019, Yontz was awarded the AAEA Andy Markwart Horizon Award, given to an AAEA member embodying youthful vigor, energy, passion and dedication in their work. Yontz is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in agricultural communications.

Elise Regusci joins C.O.nxt as an assistant account executive. Regusci grew up on her family’s farm in Modesto, California. She recently graduated with a master’s degree in agricultural communications from Texas Tech University where she was a graduate research and teaching assistant in the Department of Agricultural Education and Communications. Regusci completed multiple internships in the dairy industry and is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in dairy science.
Joining C.O.nxt as a media associate is Rachel Goodwin. Goodwin supports both media and digital efforts, assisting with media planning, material trafficking, analytics and outlet communications across all clients.
Goodwin is a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree is experimental psychology and a minor in public relations. Before joining C.O.nxt, she gained experience as a public relations intern at the South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce. Goodwin also shares food finds and collaborations on the Instagram account @jerseymunchies.
