Make room at the table — this week’s roundup of new products includes low-sugar sweets and drinks and plant-based bacon.
Tropicana: Tropicana Light
Tropicana recently announced Tropicana Light products in two flavors — Berry Colada and Tropical Sunrise.
The new beverages contain no added sugar and 70% fewer calories than other Tropicana Premium Drinks products. They’re made with 15% juice and are a good source of vitamin C.
Both are available at grocery retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $2.79 per 52-oz bottle.
Sinless Snacks: Marsh Mallow Krisp bar
Marsh Mallow Krisp bar is the latest product to join Sinless Snacks’ lineup of low-sugar snack bars.
The new product is made with almond butter and contains 9 grams of protein, 80 calories, and only 1 gram of sugar per serving. An eight-count box is available online for $24.97.
OZO: Plant-Based Bacon
OZO will be introducing its latest plant-based protein product, Plant-Based Bacon, at the upcoming National Products Expo West.
Unlike traditional bacon, OZO’s plant-based alternative is low-fat and contains no cholesterol. The product will hit shelves later this year and will be available in three flavors — Cracked Black Pepper, Applewood Smoke, and Spicy Jalapeño. But Expo West attendees will have the opportunity to taste test it first.
