The largest project is owned by  Norfolk Crush, who is planning to invest $375 million for the construction of a processing facility in NORFOLK, NE. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late Spring 2022, with completion slated for 2024.

NORTH CAROLINA:

Dietary supplement mfr. is expanding and planning to invest $177 million for the construction of a 230,000 distribution center at 208 Manufacturers Blvd. in MOORESVILLE, NC. The project includes the renovation and equipment upgrades on an existing 215,000 sf processing facility at the site.

PENNSYLVANIA:

Specialty snack food mfr. is planning to invest $75 million for the expansion of their warehouse and processing facility in BEDFORD, PA by 750,000 sf. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2022.

OHIO:

Food products mfr. is planning to invest $55 million for a 60,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in HARRISON, OH. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

IOWA:

Agricultural company is planning to invest $48 million for an expansion of their processing facility in FORT DODGE, IA. Construction is expected to start in 2022, with completion slated for Fall 2024.

TEXAS:

Bakery company is planning to invest $35 million for the construction of a 137,000 sf processing facility at 2767 Research Pl. in SAN ANTONIO, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

CONNECTICUT:

Beverage company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 279,000 sf distribution center at 18 Craftsman Rd. in EAST WINDSOR, CT.

FLORIDA:

Shrimp producer is planning for the construction of a 250,000 sf processing facility in MONTICELLO, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

NEBRASKA:

Agricultural cooperative is planning for the construction of a soybean processing facility in DAVID CITY, NE. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2025.

KANSAS:

Specialty food ingredient company is planning to invest $17 million for the construction of a processing facility in ATCHISON, KS. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2022, with completion slated for late 2023.

COLORADO:

Meat processing company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 172,000 sf processing facility at 2400 W. 29th St. in GREELEY, CO. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2023.
