UNLIMEAT: Plant-Based Korean BBQ and Pulled Pork

Korean plant-based meat brand UNLIMEAT is boosting its presence in the US market by bringing its two most popular products — plant-based Korean BBQ and two flavors of plant-based pulled pork — to 1,500 Albertsons stores.

Korean BBQ is a versatile substitute meat that can be stir-fried or grilled in a variety of dishes, and the brand’s plant-based pulled pork is available in Original (traditional barbecue flavor) and Sweet & Smoky varieties.

Currently, UNLIMEAT is the only alternative meat produced with upcycled ingredients, using ingredients like defatted soybean powder (a product from soybean oil extraction that’s rich in protein) and rice bran (the nutritious husk left when brown rice is milled).

Beginning on January 5, the products will hit the shelves of 1,500 Albertsons stores.
