SHELDON, IA, JUNE 9, 2023/ Rome Grinding Solutions is excited to announce the appointment of Cara Godack to the position of Executive Brand Strategist. In her new role, Cara will focus on developing marketing strategy and future planning for the growth of Rome. She will assume a big emphasis on branding, communications, market analysis, and product marketing.
Cara has been working at Rome as the Director of Business Development since 2019. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington College in Clinical Psychology. Since Cara has entered the workforce, she has gained experience with strategic planning, CRM implementation, sales enablement, media relations, content creation and trade show planning.
Cara currently sits as the Chair of the FPSA Women’s Alliance Network as well as Chair of the FPSA Networks, and holds a seat on the Board of Directors for the FPSA.

When Cara is not at Rome, she enjoys traveling, time spent with her Husband and 2 dogs, as well as riding her horses.
