MRPeasy, a leading provider of cloud-based manufacturing ERP software for small and medium-sized manufacturers worldwide, has released the results of its latest customer survey. The results showcase remarkable improvements in various aspects of its users’ operations.
The survey, conducted in early 2025, gathered insights from MRPeasy customers across a variety of industries. The findings reveal:
- 84.5% of users would recommend MRPeasy to colleagues or industry peers
- 67% average improvement in inventory tracking accuracy
- 54% average increase in operational efficiency
- 39% average boost in on-time delivery rates
- 46% average improvement in cost control
Strong customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction emerged as a standout theme, with 84.5% of respondents rating their likelihood to recommend MRPeasy at 7 or higher on a 10-point scale. Notably, 47% of respondents gave a score of 9 or 10, highlighting strong customer endorsement.

Improved on-time deliveries
MRPeasy customers reported an average 39% improvement in on-time delivery rates, underscoring the product’s ability to improve production scheduling, materials planning, and delivery reliability.

Increased operational efficiency
Operational efficiency saw a substantial 54% average improvement, with 14.5% of respondents reporting efficiency gains exceeding 100%.

Inventory management was another area of significant improvement, with customers reporting an average 67% increase in inventory tracking accuracy.
Colin Hart, Managing Director at Poweronics, emphasized the real-world benefits: “We’ve never had a shortage after adopting MRPeasy. All the components that the software says are in the warehouse – are in the warehouse. It seems obvious and straightforward, but with inventory discrepancies, production can be delayed very quickly.”
In addition, customers also saw a 46% improvement in cost control, enabling better financial oversight and resource allocation.

“We can see which of our products are not selling as well or are not as profitable as we’d want them to be. We can now look at the data and see if we can cut costs, adjust selling prices, or manufacture something more efficiently to make the outcomes better.”
