Food Industry Executive selectively accepts articles written by outside industry experts. We are most interested in submissions that focus on topics related to the future of the food processing and manufacturing industry (e.g., consumer trends and preferences, workforce challenges and solutions, transparency, sustainability, digital tools, AI and machine learning, etc.).
If you are unsure if your topic would be a good fit for our audience or want more information on our submission process, contact our team at [email protected].
By submitting an article, you agree to the following:
- The submitted article is non-promotional and vendor-neutral. It focuses on food industry topics, not products/services. (You are permitted to include a company link in the byline and author bio.)
- The article is previously unpublished. It will be exclusive to Food Industry Executive for one week, after which you may republish it to your website with a link back to the original article on Food Industry Executive.Â
- The article is original and human-authored. AI may be used to aid the writing process, but you must abide by the guidelines outlined below.Â
Artificial intelligence (AI) and content integrity
- Human-led expertise: Your submission must be primarily written by you and reflect your professional experience and judgment. AI tools may be used for support, but they must not replace the author’s original thinking, analysis, or voice.
- Accuracy and verification: Any facts, statistics, quotes, claims, or interpretations must be independently verified by the author using reliable primary sources.
- No fabricated or misleading sourcing: Do not include citations, quotes, studies, or attributions that cannot be accurately validated.
- Originality and rights: Submissions must be original and must not infringe on others’ copyrights or other rights. Do not use AI in a way that results in plagiarism or unlicensed reuse.
