Portland, OR, January 8-10, 2018
Formerly the Northwest Food Processors Expo & Conference, Northwest Food & Beverage World is the premier food and beverage show in the Northwest and the largest regional trade show in the United States. Covering 200,000 square feet of exhibit space, this show brings together hundreds of equipment manufacturers and food and beverage makers. It also offers an extensive education program and lunchtime keynote speakers.
Sacramento, February 21-22, 2018
This is California’s Largest Food Processing Trade Show, featuring over 270 exhibitors for food processing equipment, supplies, services, and technology. There are also two days of educational sessions on issues such as water conservation and food safety inspections. And don’t forget about the Tasting Pavilion and the Vegetable, Fruit, & Nut Putting Contest. The Expo is produced by the California League of Food Processors (CLFP).

The 2017 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) is the largest annual trade show for the eggs, poultry, meat and feed industries.
