General Packaging & Processing
Portland, OR, January 9-11, 2017
The is the Northwest Food Processors Association’s annual event. Over 450 booths feature cutting edge technology, equipment fundamental, packaging, hygiene, and construction. More than 40 breakout sessions cover topics such as food safety, marketing, equipment, and more.
Sacramento, February 8-9, 2017
This is California’s Largest Food Processing Trade Show, featuring over 270 exhibitors for food processing equipment, supplies, services, and technology. There are also two days of educational sessions on issues such as water conservation and food safety inspections. And don’t forget about the Tasting Pavilion and the Vegetable, Fruit, & Nut Putting Contest. The Expo is produced by the California League of Food Processors (CLFP).
Orlando, February 9-11, 2017
The North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers trade show features over 500 foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturers. In addition, there is a special product gallery that displays dozens of products that help foodservice operators do their jobs better. The expo is sandwiched between a kick-off party and an after-party and also includes a certification course.

PACK EXPO offers the latest solutions for retailers and consumer packaged goods from over 400 exhibitors, as well as educational seminars and learning centers featuring the latest case studies and reports.
Chicago, April 4-6, 2017
This biennial trade show features crossover technology and inventions for baking, snack, beverage, frozen & prepared foods, dairy, and meats and seafood. The expo also includes an education component with workshops, 30-minute seminars, and tech talks. ProFood Tech now runs the International Dairy Show.
Düsseldorf, May 4-10, 2017
This trade fair is the event for the packaging industry. Attendees can expect to see processes and machinery for the food, beverage, bakery, and confectionery sectors.
Rosemount, IL May 8-11, 2017
As the slogan states, the Food Safety Summit is all about “solution for today, planning for tomorrow.” This solutions-based expo is for growers, processors, retailers, distributors, foodservice operators, regulators, and academia. There is also a number of educational opportunities: workshops, breakout sessions, and certification courses.

ProPak Asia is the international processing and packaging technology event for Asia. Over 40,000 attendees from 60+ countries will see the latest in automation and technological advances for packaging in processing for food, beverage, and other sectors.

Food and Beverage Retention & Expansion Opportunities (FABREO) is a program to advance the Columbia Basin into one of the major food and beverage processing regions in the world. This free trade-only event that features an exhibition hall and numerous seminars for advanced training, and a Food and Beverage Bootcamp.

The Institute of Food Technologists is the largest concentration of qualified decision makers in the food science industry. Its mission is to advance the science of food and its application across the global food system.
