Food Processing Expo 2018

Sacramento, February 21-22, 2018

This is California’s Largest Food Processing Trade Show, featuring over 270 exhibitors for food processing equipment, supplies, services, and technology. There are also two days of educational sessions on issues such as water conservation and food safety inspections.
