Howard has extensive experience leading marketing initiatives to help industrial manufacturers grow their brand. Howard started her career in the industry in 2012 at Unitherm Food Systems. As Unitherm’s Marketing Director, Howard launched a digital marketing initiative to improve brand recognition and increase revenue. Those efforts paid off when Unitherm was acquired by Marlen International in 2017. Following the acquisition, Howard stayed on for a year to assist with the integration.

In her role at The Growth Co., Howard will help food processing equipment manufacturers grow their business by transforming their marketing approach from traditional to digital. She will also draw on her experience at Unitherm Food Systems and Marlen International to identify new opportunities for The Growth Co. to provide value for clients in the food manufacturing equipment space.
