ILLINOIS:
Meat processing company is planning to invest $27 million for an expansion of their processing facility at 12 Tucker Drive in CASEYVILLE, IL. Completion is slated for Summer 2020.

MISSISSIPPI:
Specialty frozen food mfr. is planning to invest $27 million for an expansion of their processing facility in OAKLAND, MS. They have recently received approval for the project.

NORTH CAROLINA:
Poultry processing company is planning to invest $60 million for a 38,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility at 251 Eaton Road in MOCKSVILLE, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

WASHINGTON:
Distillery is planning for the construction of a 220,000 sf production facility on Bay Ridge Dr. in BURLINGTON, WA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction will occur in two phases.

TENNESSEE:
Brewery is planning to invest $49 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades of their production facility in MEMPHIS, TN. They have recently received approval for the project.

VIRGINIA:
Herbal tea company is planning to invest $30 million for the construction of a 125,000 sf processing facility in ROCKY MOUNT, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.
