The Sotol De Desierto features “fragrant mineral, earthy sweet cocoa notes and a lingering vegetal aftertaste,” while the Sotol De La Sierra contains “subtle notes of eucalyptus, moss, and nuts.”

Cardenxe will be available online and through select stores in New York City. Sotol De La Sierra (Mexico 40% Alc/Vol) carries a suggested price of $90, while Sotol De Desierto (Mexico 45% Alc/Vol) has a suggested price of $60.
