Forbes just announced its latest list of the World’s Best Employers, featuring a large number of companies in the food and beverage industry. 

Coca-Cola (#32), Dr. Oetker (#41), and Heineken (#105) are the highest-ranking food companies on the list, followed by several others, including:

  • PepsiCo (#117)
  • Bonduelle (#120)
  • Red Bull (#142)
  • Danone (#188)
  • Nestlé (#301)
  • Lindt & Sprungli (#311)
  • Ferrero (#398)
  • General Mills (#462)
  • Kellogg (#590)
  • Mars (#723)
  • Dole Food Co. Inc. (#745)

To come up with the full list of 800 companies, Statista surveyed 150,000 employees working for multinational organizations. Respondents discussed how likely they were to recommend their employers to family and friends. They also evaluated other companies within their industries on factors like economic impact and image, talent development, gender equality, and social responsibility.
