Munoz will lead all elements of human resources, talent and organizational capabilities
Good Foods, a leader in better-for-you dips and guacamoles, has hired food industry veteran Eric Munoz as its first chief human resources officer (CHRO). The newly created role will oversee all functions of human resources, talent and organizational capabilities for the company.
As CHRO, Munoz will serve on the executive leadership team and ensure Good Foods remains a top workplace in its home markets and its category. In his role, Munoz will develop and execute new HR strategies to support the company’s mission, values and goals; support the continued domestic and international growth of Good Foods into new markets; ensure that corporate values are lived by all team members and exemplified by management; and foster company culture as a pillar of overall company growth and strategy.

Munoz has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at reputable food industry organizations including Kraft Foods, Mondelez International and Kellogg. He has a unique background in talent management, leadership development, succession planning and change management and has led international business practices in Central America, the Caribbean and other areas of Latin America. Munoz also speaks several languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
