Once again, the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) Women’s Alliance Network will recognize remarkable women in the food and beverage industry through its Red Circle Honors program, as well as one company that has demonstrated its commitment to promoting gender balance in the workplace.
Nominations for this year’s Red Circle Honorees are open until August 15, 2021. Individuals can submit nominations within four categories:
- The Rising Star award goes to a woman with less than five years of experience who’s already made a positive impact within their organization and the industry as a whole.
- The Innovation and Inspiration honor recognizes a woman who has introduced a new and innovative product, service, idea, etc. to her company or the industry within the past 18 months.
- The woman who receives the Career Excellence award should demonstrate her longstanding dedication to implementing positive changes in the industry and be a leader, mentor, and role model for her female colleagues.
- The Achievement in Developing and Promoting Women honor goes to an FPSA member company that is actively improving the workplace for women. This company should promote gender equality, help women advance their careers, and enact programs and policies that support women in their organization.
The finalists will receive their awards during the Women’s Alliance Network Breakfast at PROCESS EXPO.
