Many of these companies also ranked in Forbes’ 2022 World’s Best Employers list.
To compile the latest list, Forbes partnered with Statista to identify 400 of the world’s most female-friendly businesses, based on a survey of 85,000 women working at multinational institutions in 36 countries. These companies are leading the way in gender equality in areas such as parental leave, competitive pay, and career advancement opportunities.
