Bubbies Fine Foods is launching the first fermented pickle chip in the world — Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickle Chips, in Original and Spicy flavors.

When Bubbies found that consumers were cutting their whole Kosher Dill Pickles into chips, they used a proprietary lacto-fermentation process to produce a better-for-you fully fermented pickle chip at scale. The new Pickle Chips offer the prebiotics and probiotics, fiber, and nutrients present in a fully fermented pickle. They’re also non-GMO, gluten-free, and certified kosher and contain no artificial preservatives or added sugar.

The new product will debut at Natural Products Expo West later this month and will be available for purchase from the brand’s website and in stores soon after.
