In 2022, Daily Dose Juice UK decided to install a large HPP (High-Pressure Processing) machine from JBT Avure, influenced by impressive operations they had seen in Holland and Italy four years prior.
The Avure HPP machine provided a unique solution by automating the in-loading and out-loading processes, significantly reducing labor costs and improving efficiency. By bringing the HPP process
in-house, Daily Dose Juice UK could produce more in less time, which decreased the cost per liter of juice.

One of the most notable results is the increase in production capacity. The machine has allowed the company to increase output to about 400,000 bottles per week, compared to 100,000 per week prior. The company now plans to move from an eight-hour production shift to a 24-hour continuous production supply.
